By the age of 13 Anthony decided it was time to rebel and learn something "cooler" so he went on to learning Le Rock.
In 1999 Anthony discovered Salsa and got hooked. In 2001 he travelled to Latin America and gained a better understanding of the roots and the culture behind the dance. That same year he started competing with his partner Coral Perez Garcia.
In 2002 they represented Ireland as semi-finalists in the World Salsa Championships in Miami. Anthony created SalsaNation dance company in 2002.
He teaches L.A. style. He beleives that as a Salsa teachers is primary mission is to convey his love of the music and dance. The learning process should always be fun.

Alain Pezeron
“DJ FRENCHY” Alain was born in Paris, France, but his heart lies with Guadeloupe (French West-Indies) where he started dancing Zouk socially at an early age. Alain spent 10 years in the state of Georgia, USA where he was performing in many "Step Shows" with his fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity, Inc. He even appeared in a Movie on Stepping, "Soul Steppers" shot in Philadelphia. In 2004, Alain discovered Salsa and got hooked, but didn't start dancing seriously until 2006 when he arrived in Ireland. Since then, he developed his passion for salsa by participating in many congresses and started to DJ all latin music (Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, zouk….). Best Known as DJ Frenchy, Alain gained a better understanding of the history and culture behind the dance by studying the music he is playing. DJ Frenchy made several guest appearances playing music in the St Patrick salsa congress, Salsa Bonanza congress in Cork, Irish salsa congress and many more!
Alain's theory about salsa is all about "having fun with your partner and the music".

I have had to unlearn many things, because on reflection, they just didn't make logical sense, but they have become gospel because they have been taught like that for years"
